Where are you located?
We're based in Beacon, NY!  Our shop is located at 197 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 15 miles! Local delivery within 3 miles of our shop is free, $5 for locations 3-6 miles away, $10 for locations 6-10 miles away and $20 for locations 10-15 miles away. Our same day delivery cutoff time is 12pm EST. We deliver 10am-5pm, with some exceptions.

How does local pickup work?
We offer in-store and curbside contact pick up during our open hours. Our pickup currently runs Thursday-Monday 11am-6pm. Please give us a call, text or email when you arrive at the shop! This keeps everyone safest! We will bring your order out to your car if you prefer!

Saw something on your Instagram but it isn’t on your online store, can I still purchase it?
Please email us at hello@floragoodtimes.com and we can set you up with an invoice! From there we can schedule a pickup or delivery time that works for you! If there is an item on our website marked as 'sold out' we most likely do not have this item available. We work our hardest to keep our website as up to date as possible.

Can you answer plant care questions? 
We sure do!

If you're having problems with a lot of plants, we recommend scheduling a plant consultation with us, which is a private session (offered both in-person for local customers, and virtually for those further away) where we can really dig in and get to the root of any problems you are having. I’d like to order flowers, how do I do that?
The best way to order flowers with us is through our online shop. Click here to get started!
PLEASE NOTE: We do not take flower orders over the phone. If you cannot access our online shop for any reason, please send us an email at hello@floragoodtimes.com and we will help you out!

I just received flowers, how can I best care for them?

Is there any way to be notified when a specific plant is in stock?
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to notify for specific plants, however we update our online store regularly. Follow us on Instagram, where we post when we receive new plants.

Refund Policy

All non-plant sales are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. During this window, we can offer full refund for undamaged items returned to us. If an item is broken or damaged, it is ineligible for a refund.

Plants purchased from us are eligible for exchange or refund up to 7 days after purchase. Plants returned to store must be pest-free, healthy and undamaged. A sales associate will assess whether or not the plant meets the criteria to be returned upon inspection. Up to 14 days following purchase, plants may still be eligible for exchange or store credit as long as they are pest-free, healthy and undamaged.
